Board of Supervisors Meeting
March 3, 2010
When: Tuesday, March 2, at 7:30 pm
Where: North Whitehall Township Building
Agenda: Walmart Land Development-Preliminary
Attend to voice your concerns. Do you want a store that is open 24/7?
Do you want the architectural design of this store to fit better with our community?
Do you believe Walmart will have a major impact on the traffic volumes on Route 309?
Do you believe the Kernsville Road/Route 309 intersection should have been included in Walmart’s traffic study? (It has been failing since the 1990’s.)
Will traffic volumes “spill” over onto the smaller side roads of our township?
Is Walmart’s sewer and waste water plan complete?
Can the state police handle a development of this magnitude, or will we consider forming our own police force? Do you want to fund this with your higher taxes?
Let the supervisors know your opinion.
How will they know it if you’re not there?
